Rafael Steinhauser

Rafael Steinhauser

Rafael Steinhauser is a corporate business leader and professional actor. He was born in Argentina, graduated in aerospace engineering (in Germany) and performing arts (in Brazil). Rafael has more than 30 years of sales and executive leadership experience in the high-tech and telecommunications industries in Europe and Latin America, and is currently working as President of Qualcomm for Latin America. As an actor, he performed in many theater plays and movies in Brazil, Spain and Mexico. He is a member of the Companhia da Memória, co-founder of the Centro Internacional de Teatro CIT-Ecum and lead institutional relations at the Mostra Internacional de Teatro de São Paulo MITsp. He is also co-founder ot the Higher School for the Creative Arts in São Paulo, EBAC.

Yasuhiko Genku Kimura

Yasuhiko Genku Kimura

Yasuhiko Genku Kimura  is a philosopher, Buddhist priest and scholar, author and translator, and consultant and adviser to leaders in business, science, and cultural organizations. Born in Japan, ordained as a Zen Buddhist priest at the age of 21, he studied various schools of ancient and modern Eastern philosophies in Japan and India and Western philosophies, with the focus on the Enlightenment philosophies, in the United States.

His work concerns:

(1) Teaching of the art and science of authentic thinking (kami-kaeru) by combining the principle of Zen Koan (paradox) and the method of Socratic Dialogue.
(2) Development of transparadigmatic integrations of diverse currents of thought: Eastern and Western philosophical systems; the Scottish/American, French, and German Enlightenment
philosophical traditions; science and spirituality, and aesthetics and ethics.
(3) Evolution of an omnicentric civilization on the planet through the transformation of the ideosphere (the sphere of ideas and ideation/the eco-system of mind) and the development
of the IGP—Infinite Game Platform.

In 1998, he resurrected “The Twilight Club”/The Society of the Arts and Sciences/University of Science and Philosophy, a venerable American tradition, for the purpose of cultural, ethical, and
spiritual upliftment of humanity, originally started in the late 19th century by Herbert Spencer, Ralph Emerson, Walt Whitman, Andrew Carnegie, Mark Twain, etc., and continued in the 20th
century by Thomas Watson, Sr., Alexis Carrel, Walter Russell, Lao Russell, etc.

In 2003, with the former U.S. presidential advisor Glenn Olds, Yasuhiko established Vision-InAction as the 21st century version of The Twilight Club for the same purpose. He is also a cofounder of B Future Forum (BFF) with Alec Oxenford and Rafael Steinhauser.

Alec Oxenford is an Argentinian serial entrepreneur focused on the Internet space. In January 2015, he launched “letgo” – a p2p classifieds app targeting the USA and Europe. In March 2006, Alec also co-founded OLX.com with business partner Fabrice Grinda. He leads both companies from Buenos Aires, N. Y. and Barcelona. With over 200 million monthly unique users, OLX is the #1 online classifieds player in Brazil, in India and several other emerging markets in Asia, Latin America and Africa. Prior to OLX, in 1999, Alec co-founded DeRemate.com which was sold to eBay in 2005. In 2003, he also co-founded DineroMail.com. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Alec worked as a business consultant for BCG in Europe and Latin America. Proud father of Sophia (19) and Agustin (16), Alec is president of the ArteBA Foundation in Buenos Aires, and a member of the Latin American and Caribbean Fund for the MoMA in New York. He is an avid contemporary arts collector. He was also elected Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and graduated with an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School (1997).

Neelesh Marik has had over 25 years work experience in blue-chip as well as start-up companies. These have covered a wide array of consumer, industrial, consulting, technology, IT/ ITES businesses, across Asia, Europe, America and Australia. He has helped enterprises re-think and re-model market facing processes to unlock value for their customers and themselves, using the power of technology. More recently Neelesh co-founded a ‘Content and Collaboration solutions’ company, for which he figured in a Microsoft sponsored study on ‘UK’s hidden innovators’; he also serves as Director of a SaaS company. He has taken active mentorship roles with budding entrepreneurs, and offers guest lectures in Business Schools on subjects such as Creativity and Leadership, Technology and Society, Complexity Thinking, and Organizational Dynamics. Neelesh is an explorer of the human potential space where behaviour, systems, culture and consciousness affect personal growth and creative novelty. He has a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
